Cette \u00e9tude de cas d\u00e9coule d'une exigence sp\u00e9cifique d'un client : d\u00e9couper une structure en forme de coin avec des angles pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 partir d'une mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re cylindrique pour l'utiliser dans des prismes optiques. Le client exigeait que le processus de d\u00e9coupe conserve la clart\u00e9 optique et la douceur de la surface du mat\u00e9riau tout en atteignant des angles d'inclinaison sp\u00e9cifiques de 87\u00b0 et 43\u00b0. En utilisant la technologie avanc\u00e9e de d\u00e9coupe rotative et inclin\u00e9e (Rotary + Tilt Plan) sur la machine SGRT 20, nous avons r\u00e9pondu avec succ\u00e8s \u00e0 ces exigences. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, la structure devait comprendre une face de coupe presque verticale de 87\u00b0 et une face de coupe plus inclin\u00e9e de 43\u00b0, avec une longueur de segment interm\u00e9diaire de 5 mm et une longueur de corde de 18,62 mm. Cette solution combine une table rotative et un m\u00e9canisme d'inclinaison, ce qui permet de traiter des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes sans compromettre la pr\u00e9cision. La pi\u00e8ce d\u00e9coup\u00e9e a conserv\u00e9 la transparence du mat\u00e9riau brut, avec une surface lisse sans d\u00e9faut notable. En utilisant un rapporteur pour la validation, les angles r\u00e9els correspondaient pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment aux exigences : la face de coupe \u00e0 87\u00b0 \u00e9tait l\u00e9g\u00e8rement
